Von Won - Rise To The Top

This is one of the best CDs I've heard in a while. Before I got saved, all I listened to was artists from the Houston area. So, I was VERY pleased with Von's CD. It has a REAL H-Town sound, being that he is from Houston as well. His flow reminds me a little bit of Z-Ro from the Screwed Up Click, and the fact that he sings most of his hooks is a major plus as well. My favorite tracks on the album are "Tuff Life" and "Chopped Liver". The latter track features a group that Von Won put together called, "Sheep In Wolves Clothing", you REALLY need to check them out. Buy this album AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
